Every now and then we have those moments we grow unsure of our ideas or we feel burned out from pursuing our passions or dreams. That is completely normal.
Giving 110% in every situation is a strength and a weakness.
Being able to invest all of your creative energy in a project and being productive with tunnel vision in the best interest of a task can be seen as a strength, but with that there is always the risk of neglecting one's physical needs (for example rest, food, etc.), mental needs (for example acknowledgement of your true feelings and instincts) and social needs then making it a weakness.
We all have a purpose. Whether it is to impact others, help contribute to someone's livelihood, to support others on their path, help direct others back when they stray from their path or whatever we are all here for a reason. So that being said, we do not all have to do the same thing, or be as good as someone else is in that given moment at this specific thing to be worthy of being within the same space. We all bring different things to the table in our own perfect timing for life lessons and success stories to be received from the situation. The drive to be good at what you do should not be to be better than or to be good as that person, but it should be to be good at what you do because it is something that is important to you.

Feeling burned out is nothing new to me. I constantly have that moment at the beginning of the year that I reflect and plan my expected days ahead. There is a sense of anxiety and the feeling of exhaustion associated with not meeting deadlines because of unexpected situations outside of my control. And the desire to distance myself from challenges to provide a sense of ease of the expectations of me. But it is important to recognize your feelings and needs whenever you set out on a task. Make use of opportunities to reassess and plan steps for redirection as you reduce identified sources of stress.
We all know those days where we feel lonely or overwhelmed with the things we think we have to do and we do not have the sense of support we might need or the resources to accomplish our projects but you are not alone and you are cable of all things, just not all at once or faster than it should be.
At the end of the day you are the most important project to focus on. Protecting your inner peace and your emotional needs is the most important thing you will always need to do as you move further in life. The second is your family, passions and anything else that you strive to do. Put in the effort, but never clock out on yourself.
